fv99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals will be suspended immediately, outstanding balances will be reviewed, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money features on fv99, you must register an account and complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fv99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any false or assumed identity.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. fv99 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any third-party tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information for an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with fv99 support or compliance processes.

fv99 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited activity using automated and manual review processes. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate action, which may include account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

fv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request by fv99, or submission of fraudulent identity documentation.
• A player's own request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request submitted through fv99's responsible gaming tools.

Upon account termination, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be reviewed and, where applicable, returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposits, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fv99 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, and game content, is the exclusive property of fv99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use any fv99 intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any fv99 content without the prior written consent of fv99. Any unauthorised use of fv99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether fv99 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

fv99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. fv99's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fv99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

fv99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the fv99 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. 13. Amendments to These Terms

fv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
